Why the Wenling plant
A replacement is chosen from the nameplate, not from a photograph alone. The frame (IEC centre height, foot or flange), the kilowatts, the poles, the voltage and the duty are what the winding is made to. The motors are wound, started on the bench and crated in the same works.
Wound in one plant
YE3, YL and the air-compressor motors are wound, dipped and assembled in Wenling. The frame you order is the frame that leaves the same floor.
Run before it ships
Each motor is started on the bench. Nameplate current, shaft and flange are checked before the crate is closed.
A spare that fits
IEC frames and the shafts already on your fan, pump or compressor. A replacement drops onto the bed you have.
Questions from the sales desk
Which motors leave the Wenling plant?
Single-phase capacitor motors (YL, YC, YCL, ML) and IE3 three-phase motors (YE3), plus the YY, Y2, Y3, YE2, YCT, YB2, YBF2 and YBK2 lines. YB and YBK frames are the ones used where the motor has to be the flameproof type. Compressor-duty motors are wound onto the pump rather than sold as a bare foot motor.
How do I match a motor already on the bed?
Read the nameplate. The IEC frame (63, 71, 80, 90 and so on), the mounting (B3 foot, B5 flange, B14, or a square register), the kilowatts, the poles or the speed, the voltage and the frequency are the match. A 50 Hz motor and a 60 Hz motor of the same frame are not interchangeable without checking the speed the machine was designed for.
Single-phase or three-phase?
That follows the supply in the hall. YL, YC, YCL and ML are single-phase, usually where only one live and a neutral are available. YE3 is three-phase, the normal choice when the motor runs for most of the shift. A compressor package on this page already has its motor chosen for the pump it sits on.
What should an enquiry include?
The frame, the power, the voltage and the duty. A photograph of the nameplate is enough to start. For a compressor, add the pressure you need and whether the machine runs all day or starts and stops. The desk is open Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:30 (GMT+8), on 0086-576-88411257 or sales@tz-zw.com.
What is the difference between a bare motor and a set?
A bare motor is the frame you bolt to a machine that already has its pump or its fan. A set is the motor and the pump together, and on the Z and ZW appearances the receiver as well. The special-motor cards are windings made for a compressor pump. They are not the tank package, and they are not a general foot motor with a new label.
Is the price listed on this page?
No. The desk quotes from the frame, the power, the voltage and the duty. Write to sales@tz-zw.com or call 0086-576-88411257, Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:30 (GMT+8).
